1voice 1vision (“1v1v”) requires some basic registration and contact information from you in relation to the provision and use of its services. Our registration pages request all the basic registration and contact information that we need. We will seek the minimum amount of personal information required to provide and maintain our services to you and we will never collect sensitive personal information about you without your prior and explicit consent.

This privacy policy forms part of the agreement between you and 1v1v when you access or use this website, and by accessing or using this website, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of this privacy policy and to have given your explicit consent to the way that we handle your personal data (as described in this privacy policy).

In order to make our services as useful and relevant as possible to our users, 1v1v may also collect data relating to the popularity and/or usage of the information that we e-mail out to our users from time to time. You are entitled to see the information held by 1v1v about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is complete, accurate and kept up-to-date. We are entitled to charge a fee of £10.00 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the personal information that we hold about you. If you find any inaccuracies in any of the personal information that we hold about you, please notify us as soon as possible and we will promptly delete, or correct, the relevant information.
